These general terms and conditions contain the Terms of access and use of www.partnersconsulting.bg, called for short “The website”.
If you do not agree and do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to use the website.

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the conditions under which "Partners Consulting" Ltd., registered in Commercial Register and Register of the Non-Profit Legal Entities held by The Registration Agency to the Ministry of Justice with UIC 204838177, with registered office and address of Varna, 26 Stara Planina Str., fl. 3, app. 3 carries out intermediary activity related to purchase and sale, rental out and / or rental of real estate (s) on the territory of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, offered by Dovec Group of Companies.
"Partners Consulting" Ltd., registered in Commercial Register and Register of the Non-Profit Legal Entities held by The Registration Agency to the Ministry of Justice with UIC 204838177 is an EXCLUSIVE representative on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria of Dovec Group of Companies.
These General Terms and Conditions, in their entirety and / or part (s) thereof, apply always and in all cases when between "Partners Consulting" Ltd. and a natural and / or legal person (called "Client" or "Assignor") a contact was made regarding the provision of information related to the search and supply of real estate (s) (for the purpose of purchase and sale and / or rent / lease) in the territory of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, offered by Dovec Group of Companies, or conditions for concluding a Brokerage Agreement for real estate transactions are agreed, and / or whenever a Brokerage Agreement or other agreement has been concluded between the Client / Assignor and Partners Consulting OOD.
www.partnersconsulting.bg operates with a database accessible via the Internet, providing individuals and legal entities with services for searching, viewing, obtaining information and real estate ads in the territory of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, offered by Dovec Group of Companies and Döveç Construction LTD
To receive information from the site, registration on the site is not required.
By visiting www.partnersconsulting.bg, the user declares that he is familiar with and agrees to abide by these General Terms and Conditions and the Security Policies.

2. Use of the services and the content of the Site
2.1. You abide to use the Site in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, Security Policies, additional conditions and guidelines applicable to the individual Services published on the relevant pages of the Site (platform), and the current Bulgarian legislation.
2.2. The site and its content are the property of Partners Consulting Ltd. and / or its partners, suppliers and customers. You can use the content to search for ads for the offered real estate. You may not use this content for any purpose otherwise than with our express written consent.
2.3. Partners Consulting Ltd. must participate in the relationship between the seller and the party interested in buying real estate and / or buyer, as an intermediary. The website www.partnersconsulting.bg is an information website of "Partners Consulting" Ltd. and contains a list of real estate offered by Dovec Group of Companies, which is not exhaustive.
2.4. The transactions that have been carried out on the occasion of an announcement published on www.partnersconsulting.bg are concluded and executed only with the participation of Partners Consulting Ltd. and / or its representatives.
3. Changes
3.1. Partners Consulting Ltd. reserves the right to add new Services and announcements on www.partnersconsulting.bg, to change or remove existing Services and announcements, without the need for prior notice or consent of users of the platform.
3.2. These General Terms and Conditions may be changed in connection with the development, addition of new ones, change or termination of Services and announcements or in case of legislative changes. 4. Other
4.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the parties, replacing all previous General Terms and Conditions. Additional agreements can be concluded only through the functionalities provided on the Site (platform) or by signing by both parties an explicit written agreement provided by www.partnersconsulting.bg
4.2. Disputes under these Terms will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court in the city of Varna in line with the applicable legal norms of the Bulgarian legislation.
4.3. In the event that any of the clauses of these Terms proves invalid, this will not invalidate other clauses and such clause is replaced by the actual closest in meaning legal rule that meets the interests of the parties.
4.4. The legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to unsettled issues.
These General Terms and Conditions have been approved by the representatives of the company "Partners Consulting" Ltd., registered in Commercial Register and Register of the Non-Profit Legal Entities held by The Registration Agency to the Ministry of Justice with UIC 204838177 on 10.03.2021 and on this date are published on the website: www.partnersconsulting.bg.
